    Use Bodyweight for Training

    You know you need to get in shape in case there is a crisis. After all, you can’t survive if you can’t make it to your bug out area and live off the land. You might be hesitant about joining a gym, though. After all, gyms cost money and it’s a pain to drive all the way there. Plus, it isn’t a lot of fun when people watch you work out.

    You can avoid the gym by doing exercises that utilize your body weight.

    Squats, pull-ups, sit-ups, and push-ups all utilize the body weight. They rev up your muscles so you can burn fat. Plus, they will help you get strong so you can take on anything during a crisis.

    Create a fitness routine and stick to it. The more you work out before an emergency, the better prepared you will be. Then, you will be able to take care of yourself and your loved ones.
